Tameem International Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to provide quality early childhood education in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing age-appropriate lessons, delivering engaging classroom activities, supporting children’s learning and development, and maintaining a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment.

TEACHER SCHOOL (KINDERGARTEN)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Professional License holder who has passed the applicable board, bar, or professional licensing examination.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience teaching kindergarten or young children in a school or early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to prepare effective daily and weekly lesson plans.
• Skilled in delivering lessons through discussions, group activities, educational media, and interactive learning methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic when working with young children.
• Ability to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Strong classroom organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school management.
• Responsible, reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing quality education.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with the school’s policies and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed daily and weekly lesson plans based on children’s learning needs and curriculum requirements.
• Teach kindergarten subjects using age-appropriate teaching methods and activities.
• Conduct interactive lessons through classroom discussions, storytelling, demonstrations, group work, educational games, and multimedia.
• Create engaging learning activities that encourage children’s participation and development.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to young learners during classroom activities.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning abilities and developmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, happy, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment.
• Establish positive relationships with students and encourage respectful behavior and cooperation.
• Monitor children’s participation, behavior, progress, and overall classroom development.
• Assess students’ learning and provide appropriate feedback and support.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials, visual aids, learning resources, and classroom activities.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and creative development.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and other school activities.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and child-friendly classroom.
• Communicate appropriately with parents and school management regarding children’s progress and classroom concerns.
• Maintain accurate lesson plans, attendance records, assessment results, and other required documentation.
• Participate in school programs, activities, meetings, and other educational events.
• Follow school policies, curriculum requirements, child-safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Identify learning or behavioral concerns and coordinate with school management or appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Perform other teaching and classroom-related duties as assigned by the school.
