TEACHER ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant, Classroom Assistant, or in a related educational or childcare role is an advantage.
- Experience working with children in a school or learning environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Patient, caring, and supportive with a genuine interest in children’s learning and development.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to a multicultural educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Help prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, meals, field trips, and other school events.
- Monitor student behavior and encourage positive classroom discipline.
- Assist students with assignments, learning activities, and personal needs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Assist in recording attendance, maintaining student records, and completing other administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and parents as required.
- Follow school policies, child safeguarding procedures, and health and safety regulations.
