TAX & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance operations, preferably in BPO, telecom, or distribution industries.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax-related matters, including tax planning, reporting, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
• Oversee compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify and mitigate tax and compliance risks across operations.
• Support financial reporting and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage tax data, reporting, and compliance processes.
