SUPPORT WORKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have practical knowledge and experience in house cleaning and household maintenance.
• Must know how to properly iron clothes and handle household laundry.
• Ability to clean and maintain garages and gardens when these facilities are available in the employer’s residence.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good ability to follow household instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
• Physically capable of performing routine cleaning, laundry, ironing, and other household duties.
• Willing to work in a household environment and follow the employer’s reasonable instructions and work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general household cleaning to maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment.
• Clean bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and other household spaces as required.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize appropriate household areas.
• Clean and maintain household furniture, fixtures, floors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Wash, dry, fold, and properly organize clothes and other household laundry.
• Iron clothes and ensure garments are properly handled according to their fabric and care requirements.
• Keep household items, clothing, and personal belongings properly arranged and organized.
• Assist with routine household chores and other general domestic tasks assigned by the employer.
• Clean and maintain the garage, when provided by the employer.
• Sweep and organize garage areas and ensure they remain clean and free from unnecessary clutter.
• Clean and maintain the garden or outdoor areas, when provided by the employer.
• Assist with basic outdoor cleaning, including sweeping pathways and maintaining general cleanliness around the property.
• Properly use household cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning products.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and follow appropriate instructions when using household chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the workday and complete assigned household tasks efficiently.
• Report damaged household equipment, fixtures, or other concerns to the employer.
• Respect the employer’s household, belongings, privacy, and instructions.
• Perform other reasonable household support duties as assigned by the employer.
