GMPF Sdn Bhd is hiring a Supply Chain Management Manager responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. The role ensures efficient flow of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Age: 21 to 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions (procurement, warehousing, logistics).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards such as GMP and HACCP.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage supplier selection, relationships, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services aligned with business requirements.
• Supervise transportation, route planning, and delivery operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to internal and external customers.
• Maintain proper inventory control and stock management across all locations.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as service levels, fill rates, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Develop and manage supply chain budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
