Cygnus Resort Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring that hotel standards are consistently met.

SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• 35 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned department and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity, providing guidance and coaching when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, operational reports, and daily documentation.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the assigned work area.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
