STORE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related managerial role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
• Mandatory requirement: Previous experience as a District Manager with Starbucks.
• Proven experience in multi-store operations, team leadership, and business performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and achieve business targets.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant management environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to maintain company and brand standards.
• Monitor store performance through regular audits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational reports.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
• Manage inventory control, operational budgets, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination between regional teams and head office.
• Support continuous improvement of store operations and service quality.
