STORE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related managerial role.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
- Mandatory requirement: Previous experience as a District Manager with Starbucks.
- Proven experience in multi-store operations, team leadership, and business performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and achieve business targets.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant management environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to maintain company and brand standards.
- Monitor store performance through regular audits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational reports.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory control, operational budgets, and cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination between regional teams and head office.
- Support continuous improvement of store operations and service quality.
