Dallah Clinics is seeking qualified Staff Nurses to join its Emergency Room (ER) team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment, with focus on emergency care procedures and patient stabilization.
STAFF NURSE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a PRC License Holder.
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER) setting is required.
Must have experience in IV cannulation and emergency procedures. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room (ER).
- Perform initial patient assessment, triage, and vital signs monitoring.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy including cannulation.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
- Document patient care, assessments, and treatment accurately and timely.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and emergency supplies.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans when appropriate.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members for effective patient care delivery.
