Dallah Clinics is seeking qualified Staff Nurses to join its Emergency Room (ER) team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment, with focus on emergency care procedures and patient stabilization.

STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a PRC License Holder.
• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) setting is required.
  Must have experience in IV cannulation and emergency procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room (ER).
• Perform initial patient assessment, triage, and vital signs monitoring.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy including cannulation.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Document patient care, assessments, and treatment accurately and timely.
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and emergency supplies.
• Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans when appropriate.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members for effective patient care delivery.
