STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital, clinic, or homecare settings
• Experience as a General Nurse or Homecare Nurse
• With or without QCHP Dataflow
• With or without QCHP Prometric

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in homecare, clinic, or hospital environments
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams in medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on proper care and health management
• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, safety, and infection control protocols
