Ken Kogyo Co. is seeking skilled Iron Workers/Welders under the Specified Skilled Worker program to work in Japan’s shipbuilding and industrial sectors. The role requires candidates who have completed relevant training and possess the technical skills to perform welding and ironwork tasks at a professional level.

Specified Skilled Worker (IRON WORK or WELDER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 25–35 years old.
• Single or married, with or without children.
• Physically and mentally fit for work abroad.
• Successful completion of TIT(ii) training in shipbuilding work in Japan.
• Photocopy of Level 3 Trade Skills Test must be submitted with the Employment Application Form.
• No height limit required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and ironwork tasks in shipbuilding or industrial settings.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions accurately.
• Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment at all times.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
