Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a Japanese restaurant
• Mastery of traditional Japanese cooking techniques, including knife skills, sushi preparation, and teppanyaki cooking

Job Description

• Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and their proper handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent presentation skills for plating Japanese dishes
