Bakery Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience
• Sound knowledge of Bakery Products
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Specialized in Bakery Production

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets
• Make baked goods, such as different kinds of cakes, bread, cookies, etc
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery premises and adhere to PNG Laws on fire safety hazards
• Ensures freshness and deliciousness of all bakery items to attract

Requirements:

• Updated RESUME
• Valid passport
• Employment CERTIFICATES
• Other CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.
