General Machinery Pte Ltd (GM Motors) is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Ordering Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, and supply of automotive parts for its operations in Fiji. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of genuine spare parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting workshop operations through efficient purchasing and stock management.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in spare parts management, automotive parts procurement, or a related field is required.
- Must have good English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and automotive spare parts management.
- Experience with inventory control systems, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination.
- Proficient in identifying automotive parts and interpreting parts catalogs and technical documentation.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the ordering, procurement, and replenishment of automotive spare parts and related supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability to support workshop and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Verify part numbers, specifications, pricing, and compatibility before placing orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, purchase orders, receiving reports, and stock movement documentation.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend appropriate stock levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with workshop personnel to prioritize urgent parts requirements and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of spare parts in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare inventory, purchasing, and performance reports for management.
- Follow company procurement policies, inventory control procedures, and workplace safety standards.
