SPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in spa or wellness operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• In-depth knowledge of spa services, treatments, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in spa management systems and standard computer applications
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Manage, supervise, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure all spa services are delivered in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory levels of spa products, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and promote spa services.
