Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is seeking professional and service-oriented Spa Attendants to join prestigious hotel properties such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, relaxing, and welcoming spa environment while assisting guests with their needs.

SPA ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

• Experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel environment is preferred
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a calm, fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and common areas
• Welcome guests and assist with spa inquiries and bookings
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms before and after services
• Ensure availability of towels, linens, and spa supplies
• Monitor guest areas to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction
• Assist therapists and spa staff as needed
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a relaxing guest experience
