Skin Care Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Skin Care Specialist, Facial Therapist, Beautician, or similar role.
- At least a high school graduate.
- Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in professional facial treatments, skincare procedures, and skin analysis.
- Skilled in recommending suitable skincare treatments and products based on individual skin conditions.
- Familiar with the safe operation of facial machines and professional skincare equipment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, detail-oriented, and with a pleasant personality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during work.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia under the employer’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, extraction, facial massage, masks, and other skincare services.
- Assess clients’ skin conditions and conduct skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Operate facial machines and skincare equipment safely and effectively in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and salon procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization of treatment rooms, tools, equipment, and workstations before and after each client.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor clients’ treatment progress and recommend follow-up sessions or alternative skincare solutions when appropriate.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and deliver excellent customer service throughout each appointment.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment histories, product recommendations, and appointment schedules.
- Promote salon skincare services and recommend retail skincare products based on clients’ individual needs.
- Monitor inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies and report replenishment requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare techniques, beauty trends, products, and treatment technologies.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies, health regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other beauty and skincare-related duties assigned by management.
