United Alfanar General Building Construction and Road Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Logistics Specialist for a Wind Energy Maintenance Project in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for logistics and supply chain professionals with practical experience in site logistics, material handling, and project coordination, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Site Logistics Specialist (Wind Energy Maintenance Project)

Qualifications:

• Relevant practical experience in site logistics, material handling, and site coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures, inventory control, material handling, and site operations.
• Safety-conscious and capable of working effectively in a demanding industrial project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site logistics activities to ensure the smooth movement of materials, equipment, tools, and personnel.
• Plan and manage the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment at the project site.
• Coordinate the delivery and transportation of tools, spare parts, equipment, and other materials required for wind energy maintenance activities.
• Monitor material movements and ensure items are delivered to the correct locations according to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, transportation, and project teams to ensure timely availability of required resources.
• Assist in planning site access, vehicle movements, loading and unloading activities, and material handling operations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of equipment and materials to prevent damage, loss, or delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess materials, damaged items, or other logistical concerns.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery records, inventory reports, and other required project documents.
• Ensure site logistics activities comply with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, drivers, and site personnel to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
• Support site planning and scheduling activities related to material and equipment movements.
• Identify potential logistics delays or operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Perform other logistics, material handling, and site support duties assigned by management.
