SERVICE & INSTALLATION ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
• Electrical Wireman’s License is an advantage
• Valid Group 2 Driver’s License is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Working knowledge of electrical control systems and wiring installations
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system faults
• Knowledge of Weights and Measures requirements
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Experience in preparing project cost estimates and material requirements
• Strong understanding of project installation and maintenance activities
• Computer literate with good reporting and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems related to LPG, industrial gas, and facility operations
• Perform electrical wiring, control panel installation, and equipment commissioning
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults and implement corrective actions
• Interpret electrical schematics, architectural drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
• Prepare project estimates, material lists, and technical reports
• Support installation and maintenance of gas-related electrical equipment and control systems
• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and customers during project execution
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, inspections, and installation activities
