EPIK Foods is seeking hardworking and physically fit Service Crew members to join its food service team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will assist customers, take and prepare orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations while providing efficient and courteous customer service.

Service Crew

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, below 35 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• At least high school graduate.
• Physically fit and capable of performing active service and restaurant duties.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Willing to perform cleaning, food preparation, serving, and other general service duties.
• Good teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them according to established procedures.
• Assist in preparing food and beverages according to company standards and instructions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and basic requests.
• Handle customer concerns and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system when assigned.
• Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining, service, counter, and work areas.
• Clean tables, counters, service equipment, utensils, and other assigned areas.
• Replenish food, beverage, packaging, condiments, and other service supplies.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and restaurant supplies.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Check food and service areas to ensure proper quality and presentation.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company recipes, service procedures, workplace rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when dealing with customers.
• Assist during busy service periods and support other restaurant duties when required.
• Report equipment problems, supply shortages, customer concerns, and other operational issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other service and restaurant duties as assigned by management.
