We are seeking a skilled Senior Roaster to manage coffee roasting operations in a high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for roasting, profiling, and ensuring consistent quality standards of coffee products.

SENIOR ROASTER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Up to 35 years old
• Minimum of 2 years experience in coffee roasting or related field
• At least High School graduate
• Strong experience in coffee roasting, profiling, and quality control
• Ability to manage roasting operations and ensure product consistency

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage coffee roasting equipment efficiently
• Develop and maintain roast profiles to ensure consistent quality
• Monitor roasting process and adjust parameters as needed
• Conduct quality control checks on roasted coffee batches
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of roasting equipment
• Ensure compliance with production standards and safety procedures
• Coordinate with production team to meet output requirements
