SENIOR BRAND & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

(Remote Job based in Philippines)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a FinTech, technology, or other high-growth industry.
• Strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Yandex, and other major digital advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automation platforms, CRM systems, APIs, integrations, and workflow management tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including lead management, customer journeys, conversion funnels, campaign automation,
• digital advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Yandex, and other major digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize advertising campaigns to improve audience engagement, lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Support brand awareness, positioning, and digital presence across relevant channels.
• Manage lead generation activities and customer journeys from initial engagement through conversion.
• Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Work with CRM systems, automation platforms, APIs, integrations, and workflow management tools.
• Coordinate marketing technology integrations to improve campaign and lead-management processes.
• Test advertising creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital marketing channels.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and provide insights based on campaign data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, automation technologies, and industry developments.
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.

Salary & Work Schedule:

• Salary: USD 3,500
• Working hours aligned with the Sydney timezone (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Equivalent Philippine schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
