Forney Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the highest standards of quality in our food and beverage manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and improving product quality across all operations.

SEINOR QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in preparing for and supporting external audits.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, ERP systems, and digital document management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify product quality and process adherence.
• Prepare documentation and support external audits, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using digital document management systems and ERP software.
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
