Forney Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality control processes within food and beverage manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production systems.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in QA/QC within food & beverage manufacturing.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of SQR, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001 systems.
• Experience in preparing for or supporting external audits.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel, ERP systems, and digital documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with SQR, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks across production processes.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
• Support and coordinate external audit activities and ensure readiness for certification requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records using digital document systems, Excel, and ERP tools.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production teams to promote continuous improvement.
