SCAFFOLDING WORKS (SSW)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, typically aged 18–35 years old (as per TITP guidelines).
• Eligible under TITP or Skill Test programs.
• Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Basic Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or JFT Basic) is preferred for communication.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Inspect scaffolding components to ensure stability and safety.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Adhere to Japanese construction safety standards at all times.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing scaffolding materials and tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
