The Melium Group is seeking stylish and customer-focused Sales Associates to join its luxury retail team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing high-end fashion brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

SALES LADY

Qualifications:

• Open to male and female applicants.
• At least Senior High School graduate or college level in Business, Marketing, or related courses.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion boutiques.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge in upselling, cross-selling, POS, and basic visual merchandising.
• With pleasing personality, well-groomed, confident, and polite.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and target-driven.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting luxury fashion items such as bags, shoes, clothing, and watches.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of luxury brands and collections
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Support daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
