Dome Café Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and luxury products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

SALES LADY / SALES CLERK

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Minimum of Senior High School Graduate or College level (Business, Marketing, or related courses preferred)
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury brands (bags, shoes, clothing, watches) or fashion boutiques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge in upselling, cross-selling, and POS systems
• Basic visual merchandising skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product display through basic visual merchandising
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings
