The Melium Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Clerks to support its luxury retail operations. The role focuses on assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to overall store performance while delivering a high standard of service.

SALES CLERK

Qualifications:

• Open to male and female applicants.
• At least Senior High School graduate or college level in Business, Marketing, or related courses.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion boutiques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge in upselling, cross-selling, POS, and basic visual merchandising.
• With pleasing personality, well-groomed, confident, and polite.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and target-driven.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and selection of luxury items such as bags, shoes, clothing, and watches.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and premium shopping experience.
• Support sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain product knowledge of luxury brands and collections.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure proper arrangement and visual merchandising of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory monitoring.
