SALES ASSOCIATE (Chocolate Shop)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a chocolate shop, confectionery, or similar retail environment.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good skills in decorating chocolates, gift boxes, and chocolate arrangements.
• Ability to create attractive product displays and packaging presentations.
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Promote and sell chocolates, confectionery products, and gift arrangements.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and occasions.
• Prepare and decorate chocolate boxes, gift baskets, and customized arrangements.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, displays, and work areas.
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and promotional offers to customers.
• Ensure chocolates and confectionery products are handled and stored properly.
• Support seasonal promotions, special events, and festive product displays.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures at all times.
