Safety Officer (HSEQ)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer or HSEQ professional in industrial, logistics, or port operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety policies effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar safety regulations and international standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct HSEQ training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety activities, inspections, and reports.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across operations.
