Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Applicants with strong restaurant supervisory experience in the Philippines are highly encouraged to apply.
• First-time overseas workers are preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to achieve operational and customer service goals.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when needed.
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist management in achieving sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
