Committee Australia is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, maintaining operational standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets through effective leadership and management.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Must possess a tertiary qualification (AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent), or have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a fast-food or retail environment.
- Previous leadership experience in fast-food chains such as Burger King (highly preferred), McDonald’s, KFC, Jollibee, or similar brands.
- Proven experience managing financials, inventory, profit and loss, and operational standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Skilled in team delegation, staff management, and maintaining service excellence.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, sales performance, inventory control, profit and loss, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety requirements, and cleanliness procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members meet performance expectations.
- Maintain a fast-paced, organized, and customer-focused working environment.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently meets company standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
