Peloton Workready is seeking skilled Renderers to apply high-quality rendering finishes to walls and surfaces for construction and renovation projects across Australia. The role focuses on preparing surfaces, applying render materials, creating smooth and textured finishes, and repairing exterior surfaces. Safety and precision are essential.

RENDERER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Plasterer/Renderer.
• Proficient in applying and texturing render coatings to walls and surfaces.
• Familiar with all common rendering tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of cement mortar ratios, acrylic mixtures, and other rendering materials.
• Experience in erecting steel frames for walls and ceiling structures.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for rendering and repair exterior surfaces as needed.
• Mix and apply cement, acrylic, and similar rendering materials.
• Achieve smooth and textured finishes on walls, ceilings, and trusses.
• Use rendering tools and equipment, including bucket trowels, plasterer’s floats, skimming blades, trowels, powered mixers, and plastering hawks.
• Erect steel frames for walls, trusses, ceilings, and rafters.
• Follow safety-compliant work practices and maintain high-quality standards.
