RECEIVING -IN-CHARGE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse or receiving experience.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to inspect shipments accurately and maintain organized records.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity, quality, and compliance with purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Unload, sort, label, and organize products for proper storage or distribution.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain accurate receiving records, inventory logs, and documentation.
• Update inventory information using warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure the timely movement of goods.
• Ensure products are stored safely and in accordance with company procedures and stock rotation practices.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with stock counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area at all times.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when authorized and required.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by management.
