QC Inspector

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–7 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry

Strong knowledge in pressure vessel and heat exchanger works

College or vocational graduate (relevant training is an advantage)

Good English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work in industrial and site-based environments

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control inspections on Oil & Gas site activities

Inspect fabrication, installation, and repair works involving pressure vessels and heat exchangers

Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements

Identify defects and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions

Perform visual and dimensional inspections as required

Prepare inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams regarding quality issues

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times
