QA/QC Lead

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–7 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong knowledge in pressure vessel and heat exchanger works
• College or vocational graduate (relevant training is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and QA/QC technical expertise
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple disciplines
• Experience in site-based industrial environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise QA/QC activities in Oil & Gas projects
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and client quality standards
• Oversee inspection, testing, and documentation of fabrication, installation, and maintenance works
• Review and approve QC reports, inspection results, and quality records
• Coordinate with project management, engineers, and site teams on quality matters
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support internal and external audits and ensure quality system compliance
• Maintain and enforce quality control procedures across site operations
