Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control inspections for industrial, oil and gas, and petrochemical projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.

QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Must be a holder of a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
• Minimum of 6 years of QA/QC experience in industrial projects.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
• Proven experience leading QA/QC inspections for:
  • Pressure vessels
  • Tanks
  • Heat exchangers
• Knowledge and experience working with ASME, API, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Must possess Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP certification.
• Must have ASNT Level II certification in NDT.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes, quality systems, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform QA/QC inspections for pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with ASME, API, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Review and verify quality documentation, inspection reports, and project quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, inspectors, and clients to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor welding, fabrication, and installation activities according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project quality plans and safety requirements.
