We are looking for a skilled and experienced PVC Pipe Extrusion Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining plastic extrusion and injection moulding machines, ensuring high-quality production of plastic pipe fittings.

PVC PIPE EXTRUSION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Set up and operate extrusion and injection moulding machines
  • Adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements and quality standards
  • Monitor production processes and ensure consistent output quality
  • Identify and troubleshoot defects in plastic products
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper functioning
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of experience in plastic injection moulding
  • Preferably with experience in plastic pipe fittings (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in machine set-up and parameter adjustments
  • Experienced in troubleshooting plastic defects and production issues
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
