Leading Edge Mobility FZCO is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage financial records, reporting, and accounting activities related to property assets. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, support reporting requirements, and maintain compliance with accounting standards in a dynamic multinational environment.

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records related to property assets and transactions.
  • Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reports, including property-related income and expense analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Utilize ERP systems for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
