PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in project management, construction, fit-out, or a related industry.
- Experience using Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar project planning applications.
- Knowledge of construction project management, fit-out works, contract administration, and budgeting.
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project costing, and financial monitoring is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines using project management software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Manage multiple shop construction and fit-out projects simultaneously in Kuwait and international locations.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supervise fit-out activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, lease agreements, and project milestones.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project cost estimates, and budgets.
- Monitor project expenditures, compare actual costs against budgets, and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and resource allocation to support project schedules.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and completion reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
