The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and finalizing projects while ensuring that project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology,
- Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering,
- Environmental/Health/Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong project planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience in project budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and risk management is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and finalize projects in accordance with strict deadlines and approved budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budget allocations, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion and delivery of project milestones and outputs.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and monitor their performance and progress.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate activities, and maintain effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient project implementation.
- Proactively identify potential project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot project-related challenges and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare project status reports, documentation, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that project activities and deliverables comply with established requirements, standards, and quality expectations.
