PRODUCTION WORKER (Fruit and vegetable processing and canning plant)
Qualifications:
- Male or Female applicants, 25–42 years old
- Minimum 1 year work experience in production or related field
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to follow instructions and production standards
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Willing to work in food processing and manufacturing operations
Responsibilities:
- Perform general manufacturing tasks in a food processing and canning plant
- Participate in production processes in the assigned work area
- Align, refill, and sort bottles on conveyor belts
- Handle raw materials and semi-finished products according to instructions
- Load raw materials such as fruits and vegetables (e.g., sour cherries, cucumbers, bell peppers, plums, apples, cabbage) into production lines
- Sort raw materials and remove defective or unsuitable items
- Check filling weight using scales and adjust when necessary
- Assist in preparation of filling brine according to recipes
- Monitor filling accuracy and dosing of solutions
- Operate bottle capping machines and ensure proper sealing
- Perform palletizing and ensure proper stacking of finished goods
- Monitor and prevent production line disruptions or blockages
