Production Worker (Elevator Manufacturing)

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly work is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the elevator manufacturing or installation industry is preferred.
• Experience working on a factory production line or performing mechanical assembly tasks.
• Basic knowledge of production line operations, manufacturing processes, and assembly procedures.
• Ability to assemble, fit, and install elevator components and mechanical parts.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and production equipment used in manufacturing and assembly work.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, production guidelines, and workplace safety procedures.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling and assembling components.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
• Physically fit and capable of performing factory-based duties, including lifting, carrying, and handling materials.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or factory production environment.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general production and assembly tasks in the manufacturing of elevator components and equipment.
• Assemble, fit, and install elevator parts and components according to technical instructions and production specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools, machinery, and production equipment as required.
• Assist with preparing, positioning, and handling materials and components for the production process.
• Follow established assembly procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Inspect assembled components for visible defects, damage, or incorrect fitting.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when performing repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Keep the production area, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Handle materials and finished components carefully to prevent damage during production and assembly.
• Follow workplace safety rules, proper equipment handling procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Report production issues, defective components, equipment problems, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with production staff and other team members to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Perform other related production, assembly, and factory duties as assigned.

Salary Package:

• Salary starts at €920 gross monthly.
• Working Hours – 40hrs per week / 5 days
• Accommodation will be provided.
• One (1) year contract, renewable.
