TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking qualified Production Operators with experience in steel structure manufacturing for an overseas work opportunity in the Czech Republic. The position involves operating production equipment, handling steel materials, and supporting manufacturing operations in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Production Operator (Steel Structure)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 23 to 38 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a steel structure production environment.
• Apprenticeship or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be in good health and physically fit.
• Strong physical strength and stamina for demanding production work.
• Experience operating forklifts is required/preferred.
• Valid crane operator and stinger licenses are required/preferred as specified by the employer.
• Strong analytical and observational skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production activities in a steel structure manufacturing environment.
• Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Handle, move, position, and prepare steel components and structural materials.
• Follow production drawings, technical instructions, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and processing of steel structures.
• Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished steel components.
• Identify production defects, equipment issues, and safety hazards and report them to supervisors.
• Operate forklifts when authorized and qualified.
• Assist with crane and lifting operations in accordance with safety procedures and valid certifications.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of steel materials and production components.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Work closely with supervisors and other production team members to meet production targets.
• Perform other duties related to steel structure production as assigned.
