NSE Solutions S.R.O. is seeking experienced Printers to join its manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial printing and coating equipment, ensuring high-quality production, machine efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in an industrial printing or coating environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to monitor and adjust production processes to achieve consistent product quality.

PRINTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in industrial printing, coating, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
  • Experience operating industrial printing, coating, or production machinery.
  • Knowledge of machine setup, adjustment, and production line monitoring.
  • Ability to monitor production parameters, including temperature, paint viscosity, and coating quality.
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance, lubrication procedures, and quality control processes.
  • Ability to follow production plans, technical instructions, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and control the printing and coating production line from the control panel.
  • Ignite and prepare the furnace at the beginning of each shift in accordance with operating procedures and gas appliance regulations.
  • Continuously monitor firing temperature, paint viscosity, coating quality, and overall machine performance throughout production.
  • Adjust the printing and coating equipment according to the specified sheet metal format and production requirements.
  • Set up and align printing or coating with tape according to cutting plans, ensuring precise positioning in relation to stop sides.
  • Follow established technological procedures for printing, coating, and finishing operations.
  • Perform routine lubrication of the production line according to the lubrication plan.
  • Maintain the equipment in good technical condition and report any faults or abnormalities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Perform quality inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards.
  • Strictly comply with workplace health and safety regulations and company operating procedures.
