Job Location: Turkey

KSK Company is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen to supervise plumbing installation teams on major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.

We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

Plumbing Foreman

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
  • Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with international plumbing standards and construction site safety practices.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbers and plumbing helpers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
  • Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and work plans to organize and assign tasks.
  • Oversee the installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and fire protection piping systems.
  • Ensure the proper installation of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment in accordance with project specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of plumbing installations and ensure compliance with applicable codes, project standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other construction trades to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Conduct inspections, pressure testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems before project handover.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe work practices on site.
  • Prepare daily reports on manpower, work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining project quality and schedule
