Australian Skilled Migration is urgently seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Technician with knowledge in rotational moulding processes for tanks, containers, and related plastic products for deployment to Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in plastic manufacturing, machine operation, and production troubleshooting.

PLASTIC EXTRUSION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Plastic Extrusion Technician.
  • Knowledge in rotational moulding processes for tanks, containers, and related products.
  • Experience in manufacturing plastic tanks and similar products.
  • Must be able to provide work photos and videos as proof of experience.
  • Skilled in machine operation, troubleshooting, and production processes.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
  • At least 1 year completed in a College or Vocational Course.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and rotational moulding machines.
  • Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Manufacture plastic tanks, containers, and related products according to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine and production issues to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain safe working practices and a clean production environment.
