Australian Skilled Migration is seeking experienced and technically skilled Rotational Molding Plastic Technicians for deployment to Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting rotational molding equipment used in the production of plastic tanks and related molded products.

ROTATIONAL MOLDING PLASTIC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably in plastic rotational molding processes.
• Candidates must have completed at least 1 year in college or a 1-year vocational course.
• Strong knowledge of rotational molding processes and plastic manufacturing operations.
• Experience in manufacturing plastic tanks and related molded plastic products.
• Skilled in machine operation, troubleshooting, and production process monitoring.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial production settings.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines and related production equipment.
• Prepare molds, raw materials, and production setups according to manufacturing specifications.
• Perform rotational molding processes for plastic tanks and other molded products while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor heating, cooling, and molding cycles to ensure proper product formation and consistency.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, process issues, and production defects to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, molds, and equipment.
• Ensure products meet dimensional, structural, and quality control standards before release.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, manufacturing procedures, and company operational standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality control staff, and production teams to maintain efficient workflow and production targets.
