Planning Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related scientific/technical field.
- 2 year experience in production planning, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP principles.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (training can be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret production plans, material requirements, and batch documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Check if raw and packaging materials are available and report any shortages early
- Work with QC to make sure materials are tested and released on time
- Create and issue SAP process orders and POIs for Production (Plant A & B)
- Prepare batch conversion reports and follow them until they are approved
- Make Change Requests (CRs) when needed and ensure proper documentation
- Keep production planning documents organized and compliant with GMP.
