Piping Support Ironworker Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in piping support or structural ironwork.
• Proven experience in supervisory or foreman role in construction projects.
• Preferably with oil & gas project experience.
• Ex-Saudi or GCC experience is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of steel erection and piping support installation methods.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and site procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of ironworkers in the installation of piping supports and related steel structures.
• Interpret and execute engineering drawings, layout plans, and fabrication details.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and installation of supports such as brackets, hangers, frames, and steel structures.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report daily accomplishments, manpower utilization, and site issues to management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
